Pleasant Ridge is a comfortable, older community dating back to 1795. The choice neighborhood of many of Cincinnati's aristocratic families during the 1850s, Pleasant Ridge has several mansions and stately homes. The majority of the neighborhood's 4,300 housing units are Tudors and newer brick houses, moderately-priced for first-time homebuyers. The owner-occupancy rate in Pleasant Ridge is 53%.
