West Price Hill was one of the first hillside communities to be settled when affluent citizens began to move from the confines of downtown in the last century. German and Irish residents established Catholic churches on the hill and the neighborhood has thrived with the presence of their descendants. Many of West Price Hill's residents can trace their family homes in this neighborhood back several generations. Numerous festivals are held throughout the summer for all of Cincinnati's residents to enjoy

 




 

West Price Hill is a 2.75 square mile community with 19,800 residents. This neighborhood is primarily made up of couples and families, with 17,000 residents living in households with two or more members.

Brick, frame and Victorian homes undergoing revitalization and restoration provide a glimpse into the historic past of West Price Hill. Many of the neighborhood's homes are detached, single-family houses. There are more than 4,000 single-family homes and hundreds of two-family units in the neighborhood.
